Three red-nosed pirates are on their ship, the Sharke de Triomphe, looking for a new land to plunder.
While trying to fish, they capture Ku, a blue-nosed person from a local island.
The pirates try to demonstrate their perceived superiority, but are eventually outsmarted by Ku, who points out their misguided world view.
This playful allegory reveals the underlying assumptions of imperialism that have shaped (or misshaped) the world we live in.
