Dungeons and Dragons
Calling all adventurers and heroes!
Join us for our virtual Dungeons and Dragons program! Kids from ages 10-14 will be transported to a fantastical land where they will create heroic characters, form an adventure party, and level up as they defend good from evil! Our resident Dungeon Master and Artist Educator, Mike Metz, will run this unique role-playing opportunity over Zoom. The Spring Break campaign is SOLD OUT.

Mike has been working for Carousel Players for three years now as coordinator for Summer Theatre School and as an Artist Educator. However, as a dungeon exploring, dragon slaying D&D player, Mike has over 7 years of experience! When Mike is not spending his time in mystical, made-up lands pretending to be someone else, he is focusing on teaching or working on his Masters in Curriculum Studies at the University of Toronto. Mike also holds a Drama degree and a Bachelor’s of Education degree from Brock University.
James is an improviser, role-player and actor who is most proud of the time he managed to inadvertently re-invent the character of the Hulk while creating a character for a Dungeons and Dragons game. After training to be an actor at LAMDA in the UK, he went on tour with Little Red Theatre, playing Papa Bear in their Ontario school production of Goldilocks and the Three Canadian Bears. He’s been running table-top role-playing games for friends, family, and strangers since 2013 because he loves to create stories together with others!
