Carousel Players Ticket Refund Policy: Any orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the performance will be refunded in full within five business days of the cancellation request. All orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the performance begins will be refunded less a $2.50 administration fee per ticket within five business days of the cancellation request. No orders may be cancelled after the performance start time. Tickets for fundraising events are final sale. Some events may have varying policies, please check your event’s ticket page for refund and exchange policies specific to your event.

This policy does not apply to tickets purchased through the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre or the Brock University Box Office.
